This has become one of our favorite art events in Lexington. Come out and see us… we have lots of new stuff! So many inspiring local artists will have amazing work here, so don’t miss out!
Join us on December 6th from 6-9pm for first pick of the Black Friday Artists and then come back on Saturday December 7th from 6-11pm for more art and festivities! Skip the chaos of the mall and the mass production of manufacturing and plan to make the Black Friday Art Sale your one-stop shop for all your holiday gifts.
Local artists will set up pop-up shops inside LAL’s Loudoun House, and the best part? Everything $50 or less!

2013 marks a milestone for Cricket Press, and we would like to invite you to help us celebrate! The Lexington-based creative tag-team of Brian & Sara Turner has been making posters, prints, designs and illustrations for a decade now, and this Friday during the September Gallery Hop will be hosting a special event to mark the occasion. Please join us at our studio / gallery at The Bread Box building from 5pm - 9pm as we unveil a very limited edition book showcasing selected Cricket Press work from 2003 - 2013. We will also be exhibiting over 40 framed pieces in our gallery; each one unique and available for purchase.
“10 Years of Art by Cricket Press” features over 180 pages of full-color images chronicling hundreds of selected pieces created by Cricket Press over the past decade. We’re proud and excited to share this milestone and the city of Lexington helped make it possible. Let’s celebrate together!
The Cricket Press Studio + Gallery is located at 501 W. Sixth Street in the Bread Box Studio Artists space, which is behind West Sixth Brewing. We are an official stop on the Lexington Gallery Hop, so along with our little event, there will also be new works on display by the rest of the Bread Box Studio artists.

An exhibit of all the new art prints we’ve done since the new year!
